Repair work begins after the water source has been fixed and the affected area is dry. Emergency extraction, active drying and mold remediation are not part of this service.
I review the damaged or removed materials and define the repair scope — for example subfloor, drywall, flooring, tile, trim or other finishes.
The damaged area is rebuilt in the right sequence so the finished flooring, walls and trim go back onto sound material.

Yes. Once mitigation, drying and any required removal are complete, I can handle the repair and finish work needed to put the affected area back together.
Yes. Damaged subfloor can be opened up, repaired or replaced before the finished floor or tile goes back in.
Yes, once the source of the water is resolved and the area is dry. The scope can include drywall or ceiling repair, finishing and painting.
